AppleTalk's Printer Access Protocol (PAP) is a session level protocol that enables communication between workstations and printers or print servers. The Macintosh PAP Client Interface implements the workstation side of PAP for the Macintosh.
Note: There are some known problems with the version of PAP.WrkStation.o found on this CD. The problems are most noticeable when printing from multiple workstations to a single printer or from one fast workstation to a printer and the symptom is that the Macintosh will just hang while printing. We are working to fix these problems, and will be providing a new version of the library as soon as possible. If you have licensed PAP.WrkStation.o, you will be notified as soon as the fixed version is available. The updated version will also be avilable on the next Mac OS SDK.
